Many Ways to Pray

There are as many right ways to pray as there are people and personalities. Each
person is unique and their way of offering prayer is also unique to them.
 Join us in the Library of the
Ministry Building at Holy Cross Church as we discuss and participate in six of the
many ways to pray (silent, spoken, singing, writing, art and movement). Come be a
part of this interactive workshop and discover new and different ways to express
yourself in prayer.
The suggested donation for the morning is $10.00

Labyrinth Walk

Join us for an outing to walk the in-ground Labyrinth at Woodlawn. Our
adventure will begin by gathering at Holy Cross Church parking area at 3:00 PM to carpool to
our destination. We will have an orientation and discussion about the Labyrinth before we each
have the opportunity to experience walking this ancient form of meditation and prayer. Optional
dinner in a local informal restaurant will follow the outing.

Stone Circle Cruise 2008
October 23rd to the 27th
 Sailing Along!!!!
Stones continue to be placed in our larger circle . One way of seeing this in process is to reflect on the fact that we will be embarking from Ft. Lauderdale this year on our 6th Annual Cruise Retreat . My how we have grown!
We attempt to fill the needs of all women who come to us, and the cruise provides a relaxing, fun-filled sea voyage complete with a mini-retreat experience.
This year for those desiring a short time away, we will be sailing on Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas from October 23rd to the 27th traveling to Key West and Cozumel, Mexico.
